Tracie hails from Alabama and grew up in a family that was in construction, which she grew to love. Her working knowledge of home construction makes her a valuable asset in solving problems regarding maintenance.
Tracie oversees the daily operation of the office including the advertising program for each house and personally reviews the applications of each tenant before committing to a lease. Tracie obtained her Real Estate Brokers license in 2004 to culminate her many years of working in real estate and property management.
She personally supervises all inspections of properties, approves work order requests, insures all contractors' quality of work for completeness and workmanship.
Tracie informs owners of necessary repairs and directs acquisition of estimates for approval by owners. Tenants can rely on the property inspector for an efficient response to the property's maintenance needs.

Is the Office Assistant at Rental Management Company. He’s in charge of answering any phone calls, taking messages, assisting customers and other personnel in the office.
