I understand that submitting a work order does not guarantee all repairs will be made. Owners have to approve estimates in writing before work can be completed. I also understand that if no problems are reported by the vendor and/or if it is tenant damage, the tenant will be responsible for paying the bill.
If I do not hear from a vendor within 48 hours in reference to heating & air conditioning, appliance, plumbing, and electrical problems, it is my responsibility to contact Rental Management Company. I have been counseled regarding common issues to check prior to submitting this work order.
