Procedures to view
our available rentals:
A $20 dollar cash key deposit and key loan agreement, will
allow you to pick up the key before 3:30pm to view the
house. Keys must be returned to the office before 4:30pm
each day. Directions to each house are available at our
office, and homes can be viewed daily from 8:30am to 3:30pm
Monday through Friday.
Before we
provide keys to inspect a home you must provide
(a) valid identification (drivers license),
(b) a $20 key deposit that is returned when you return the
keys, and
(c) complete a basic key loan agreement.
Keys Must be
Returned the Same Day, No Overnight Showings!
